项目:宝星广场 建筑师:新鸿基物业管理有限公司 地点:新界葵涌 类别:商场翻新及改建 简介:改建现有戏院为小型购物商场。 详述:立院原为一个建有四幢高层住宅大厦的连贯平台的一部份,由于客户数目持续下降,发展商基于经济效益决定把戏院改建为商场。 建筑师从入口着手,以弧形篷盖及色彩鲜明的图案招牌作为视觉吸引点。选料及设计皆意图制造出戏院的气氛。在商场与街道接壤之处,设计上均力求透明开扬,好像采用特大的玻璃天顶结构,力求吸引街上行人进入并增加室内与室外在视觉上的连系。
Project: Po Sing Plaza Architect: Sun Hung Kai Properties Management Limited Location: Kwai Chung, New Territories Category: Shopping Malls Refurbishment and Renovation Description: The reconstruction of existing cinemas is a small shopping mall. Description: The Legislative Yuan was originally part of a coherent platform with four high-rise residential buildings. Due to the continuous decline in the number of customers, developers decided to convert the theater into a shopping mall based on economic benefits. From the entrance, the architect started with a curved canopy and brightly coloured signboards as a visual attraction. Both the choice of materials and the design are intended to create a cinematic atmosphere. At the border between the mall and the street, the design strives to be transparent and open. It seems to use an extra large glass zenith structure, which seeks to attract pedestrians on the street and increase the visual connection between the interior and exterior.
