为研究俯采采场顶板破断运动特征和矿压显现规律,对袁店某矿7211俯采工作面进行了矿压监测,分析了工作面液压支架支护阻力的循环变化规律及支架的适应性。建立了俯采采场老顶初次破断和周期破断力学模型,得出了破断准则和破断步距理论计算式。采用UDEC软件模拟了7211工作面推进过程中顶板运动破坏和煤壁稳定性规律。研究表明:俯斜开采时沿层向分力与煤壁压缩变形位移方向相反,煤壁稳定性增强;层向分力使直接顶压裂裂隙受到挤合,其整体性得到加强,俯采有利于顶板管理。研究结果为今后类似条件下开采、巷道布置与支架选型提供了科学、可靠的依据。
In order to study the roof breaking behavior and the rule of mine pressure in the top-subsidence mining area, the mine pressure monitoring was carried out on the 7211 subface of Yuandian Mine, and the cyclic variation of the hydraulic support support and the adaptability of the support . The mechanical model of the primary roof rupture and the periodic rupture of the top coal caving mining area are established, and the theoretical formulas of breaking criterion and breaking step are obtained. UDEC software was used to simulate the roof motion failure and coal wall stability during the propulsion of 7211 working face. The results show that: when the subsidence along the layer is inclined, the direction of the compressive deformation along the layer is opposite to that of the coal wall, and the stability of the coal wall is enhanced. The layer-wise component causes the direct top fracturing cracks to be squeezed, and its integrity is enhanced. Benefit to the roof management. The results provide a scientific and reliable basis for mining, roadway layout and scaffold selection under similar conditions in the future.
