研究了铸造TiAl合金形成等轴的近Y(NG)组织的热处理工艺及组织转变机理。(900℃1200℃)/6~10次+1150℃×96h+FC热处理可使铸造Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr(at%)合金粗大层片组织转变为细小均匀的等轴NG组织。在这种热处理过程中,层片组织中的a,片首先在循环热处理过程中通过溶解相变和Rayleigh扰动而间断,和层片再在略高于共析温度下发生由表面张力驱动的等轴化。
