对于以发电为主的梯级水电站龙头水库对下游梯级电站的效益分摊问题，过去有几种不同的计算方法。本文提出的“替代效益增益增值比例分摊法”是以水电作为替代方案，计算必须容量和年发电量的综合效益，然后按照各级电站的增值进行分摊，是一种概念比较清楚的投资分摊方法。
There are several different calculation methods in the past for the benefit-sharing of downstream cascade hydropower stations with cascaded hydropower stations.
