以钛酸四丁酯和层状石墨为原料,通过高能球磨以及溶胶凝胶法制备了TiO2/石墨复合样品。比较了紧密结合的TiO2/石墨复合样品与疏松结合的TiO2/石墨复合样品以及纯的TiO2样品的光催化性能,讨论了石墨对TiO2光催化性能的增强机理。结果表明,紧密结合的TiO2/石墨复合样品对甲基橙的光催化降解速率与疏松结合的TiO2/石墨复合样品以及纯的TiO2样品相比有显著增强,说明石墨在复合样品中起到了分离电子-空穴对的作用。
TiO2 / graphite composite samples were prepared by high energy ball milling and sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate and layered graphite as raw materials. The photocatalytic properties of TiO2 / graphite composite samples with loosely bound TiO2 / graphite composite samples and pure TiO2 samples were compared. The enhancement mechanism of graphite on TiO2 photocatalytic performance was discussed. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange in the tightly bound TiO2 / graphite composite samples was significantly higher than that of the loosely bound TiO2 / graphite composite samples and the pure TiO2 samples, indicating that the graphite played a role in the separation of electrons - The role of hole pairs.
