近几年,青海省干线公路铺筑的沥青表处路面工艺一直采用三油三料法施工,随着各施工单位在施工过程中对工艺的掌握以及对该工艺的理解程度,逐渐总结出二油三料法的施工工艺,先后在宁果公路,青新公路等数条公路进行了实施,经现场挖探及对取样进行试验,发现效果十分理想,面层与基层的联结紧密,油量是饱满,现路面仍完好使用。该工艺类似接近贯入式的施工方法,使用该工艺铺筑的路面平整度佳,路拱适度,泛油均匀,施工方便。
