目前,国内常用的等离子切割喷咀,均采用整体式双密封面的夹层水冷喷咀。这种结构的喷咀弊病较多,几何形状不合理,不能适应大批量、连续性生产的需要。我厂于60年代开始应用等离子切割技术,在生产中不断改进喷咀结构。近年来自行设计了结构简单、适用的割炬和喷咀,现介绍如下:着重设计了喷咀的几何形状,也对炬体、内腔尺寸和喷咀连接等方面作了大胆改造。割炬的下体和喷咀结构如图一所示。

Cutting torch body and nozzle structure shown in Figure 1 below.
