采用CuSO4为前驱体,利用液相还原法制备Cu2O纳米粒子,并借助XRD、SEM和TEM等技术考察CTAB浓度、NaOH浓度、反应温度等条件对Cu2O纳米粒子尺寸和形貌的影响.实验结果显示,CTAB不仅影响Cu2O的纯度,并且对Cu2O颗粒形貌起到一定的塑造作用;强碱性条件有利于Cu2O的合成,随着NaOH浓度增大,Cu2O形貌变得较规则,颗粒粒径逐渐变大;温度对于Cu2O的形成具有重要作用,反应温度应控制在40℃~80℃,当温度高于80℃时,很难得到纯的纳米Cu2O.
Cu2O nanoparticles were prepared by liquid-phase reduction method using CuSO4 as precursor and the effects of CTAB concentration, NaOH concentration and reaction temperature on the size and morphology of Cu2O nanoparticles were investigated by means of XRD, SEM and TEM techniques. , CTAB not only affects the purity of Cu2O, but also shapes the morphology of Cu2O particles.
