本文运用概率论及“随机服务系统”理论,对高速干道进口匝道的定时调节控制从理论上进行了分析,得出了定时调节控制下的交通效益指标(停车率和延误)的理论计算公式以及定时调节时长的计算公式。在此基础上提出了定时调节适用条件的建议。
