理论分析了核用锆合金管材涡流检测的原理和影响检测结果的因素,针对压水堆10 mm×0.7 mm核用锆合金管材的涡流检验,阐述了检测工艺参数的确定方法。通过应用实例,表明涡流检验技术在核用锆合金管材生产和检验中发挥的重要作用。
The principle of eddy current testing of zirconium alloy pipe for core and the factors that affect the test results are analyzed theoretically. Aiming at the eddy current test of 10 mm × 0.7 mm nuclear zirconium alloy pipe for PWR, the method for determining the testing parameters is expounded. Through the application examples, it shows that the eddy current testing technology plays an important role in the production and testing of zirconium alloy pipe for nuclear use.
