PHC管桩生产多采用蒸压养护,能耗高,并伴随着后期强度指标回缩、耐久性差等问题。对于PHC管桩性能提升的研究大多着眼于抗压强度指标,这将导致拌和物的严重高脆性,在施工过程中,废桩率较高。该文从提高混凝土抗冲击强度的角度,研究抗冲击混凝土与粉煤灰、矿渣和硅灰之间的关系,成功配制出破裂冲击次数220次以上的PHC管桩用抗冲击混凝土C100。
PHC pipe pile production more use of autoclaved conservation, high energy consumption, and with the late strength index retraction, poor durability and other issues. Most of the studies on the performance improvement of PHC pipe pile focus on the compressive strength index, which will lead to the serious high brittleness of the mixture. In the process of construction, the pile rate is higher. From the perspective of improving the impact strength of concrete, the relationship between impact concrete and fly ash, slag and silica fume was studied. The impact concrete C100 for PHC pipe piles was successfully prepared with 220 times of burst impact.
