目的:探讨混合植皮时排异反应明显减弱的免疫学机制。方法:建立烧伤患者外周血淋巴细胞与异体表皮细胞的微量混合培养(MELR)体系,并进一步模拟混合植皮时自体皮岛的局部免疫微环境,观察免疫反应。结果:自体表皮层细胞能有效抑制MELR。结论:自体皮岛细胞诱导局部免疫抑制可能是导致混合植皮排异减弱的主要原因之一。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the immunological mechanism of significantly reduced rejection during mixed skin grafting. Methods: The MELR system of peripheral blood lymphocytes and alloepithelial cells in burn patients was established. The local immune microenvironment of autologous skin island in mixed skin grafting was further simulated to observe the immune response. Results: Autologous epidermal cells could effectively inhibit MELR. CONCLUSION: Local immunosuppression induced by autologous skin island cells may be one of the main reasons leading to the weakening of mixed skin grafting.
