虎、豹等骨骼中的可溶性抗原成分,具有科及属的特异性。利用这一特性制备的抗血清,经组合及交叉吸收,制备了免疫捡定用 DH-虎、豹骨检定试剂。以此试剂采用对流免疫电泳法及琼脂免疫扩散法可以准确地捡定虎、豹、猞猁、原猫、牛、猪等骨骼;并能进而将豹骨检定为雪豹、云豹或金钱豹。该法取样量少,操作简便、易行,特异性强,灵敏度高;检品无论何部位或破碎品均可检出。
Soluble antigens in bones such as tigers and leopards have specificity for families and genera. The antiserum prepared using this property was combined and cross-absorbed to prepare a DH-tiger and leopard bone assay reagent for immunoprecipitation. The reagents used convective immunoelectrophoresis and agar-immuno-diffusion methods to accurately determine the bones of tigers, leopards, cockroaches, primitive cats, cows, pigs, etc., and can be used to characterize leopard bones as snow leopards, cloud leopards, or leopards. The method has a small sampling quantity, is simple, easy to operate, has strong specificity and high sensitivity, and can be detected no matter where or whether the sample is broken.
