以孤岛常压渣油和伊朗常压渣油为原料,在固定床试验装置上研究了两种加氢脱金属催化剂的初期失活,测定了不同运转时间催化剂上的积炭量。得到了催化剂加氢脱金属反应活性系数与运转时间的关联式。发现运转过程的前200h为初期失活阶段,此后进入稳定失活阶段。
The initial deactivation of two kinds of hydrodemetalization catalysts was studied on a fixed-bed test device using the atmospheric residue of island gas and the residue of Iranian atmospheric residue as raw materials, and the amount of carbon deposition on the catalyst during different operation periods was measured. The correlation coefficient of reaction and hydrogenation demetallation reaction time and reaction time were obtained. Found that the first 200h of the operation process is the initial deactivation phase, after which it enters the stable deactivation phase.
