通过激光熔覆在45钢表面制备出过饱和的WC增强Ni基复合涂层。对制备的复合涂层进行磨损试验,后采用MX2600FE场发射扫描电镜观察涂层磨损表面组织,发现涂层中产生了原始组织中不存在的析出颗粒。通过HV-1000型显微硬度仪和磨损试验设备研究了析出颗粒对涂层硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:相同成分配比的复合涂层其产生的析出相能提高涂层的硬度,也能改善涂层的耐磨性能。
The supersaturated WC-reinforced Ni-based composite coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by laser cladding. Wear test was carried out on the prepared composite coating. After that, the wear surface microstructure of the coating was observed by MX2600FE field emission scanning electron microscope. It was found that the precipitated particles did not exist in the original coating in the coating. The effect of precipitated particles on the hardness and wear resistance of the coatings was investigated by HV-1000 microhardness tester and wear tester. The results show that the precipitated phase produced by the composite coating with the same composition can improve the hardness of the coating and also improve the wear resistance of the coating.
