上海市青浦县教师进修学校教研员顾冷沅在一次调查研究中发现,白鹤中学有一位数学教师,不管什么班级交给他,不出数月,其教学成绩准会与同类班级拉开距离,高出一头。效果如此突出,秘诀何在?经过了解,原来这位数学教师的全部秘诀只在一个“快”字:学生做作业快,教师改作业快,发现问题向学生讲授快。通常,教师让学生轮换使用两个练习本,这位数学教师为了加快循环,让学生只用一个练习本。有人怀疑:这也算经验?这也算改革?是的,这也是经验,这也是改革。经过实践取得的知识就是经验,把事物中旧的不合理的部分改变成新的、能适应客观情况的做法就是改革。改革并不神秘,关键在于人们是不是自觉学习并运用科学的理论,并根据实践中得来的知识,对传统的、习惯的思想和行为,大胆地革除其旧弊。
