近年研究表明小肠缺血后再灌注可引起心肌损伤。为探讨家兔SMAO休克小肠再灌注对心脏活动及血液流变学的影响,本文用13只家兔复制SMAO休克,观察阻断肠系膜上动脉血流1小时后恢复其血流2小时后,测心电图及血液流变学参数改变,实验结束后取心、肠组织作切片镜检。结果发现,与实验前比,实验后心电图各波形及时间均有不同程度的改变,P波消失,QRS波时限延长(P<0.05),S-T段下移(P<0.05),T波倒置。
Recent studies show that reperfusion after intestinal ischemia can cause myocardial damage. In order to investigate the effect of SMAO shock on heart activity and hemorrheology in rabbit SMAO shock, SMAO shock was replicated in 13 rabbits and the blood flow was recovered 2 hours after blocking the superior mesenteric artery blood flow for 1 hour. Electrocardiogram and blood rheology parameters change, after the experiment coring, intestinal tissue biopsies. The results showed that, compared with before experiment, ECG waveform and time after the experiment all changed to some extent, P wave disappeared, prolonged QRS wave duration (P <0.05), S-T segment down (P <0.05), T wave inversion.
