北京“三一英语口语等级考试”是英国伦敦三一学院与北京教育考试院合作进行的一项英语口语考试。该考试的理论基础来自近年来语言学、语言教学与语言测试的研究与发展。特别是近年来基于任务和交际的语言测试受到重视,测试中更加强调真实的语言使用,将口语测试的重点转移至考生的语言运用能力和交际能力。该考试的设计理念、实施方案与同一理论指导下的《欧洲语言共同参考框架》基本契合。北京“三一英语口语等级考试”已形成操作人性化、内容真实性、形式灵活性等特色。
Beijing “Sany Oral English Test” is an oral English test conducted by Trinity College London and Beijing Education Examinations College. The theoretical basis of the exam comes from the linguistics, language teaching and language testing research and development in recent years. Especially in recent years, task-based and communicative language testing has been emphasized. In the testing, more emphasis is put on the use of real language, and the emphasis of the oral test is transferred to the candidate’s ability of language use and communication. The examination’s design concept, implementation plan and the same theory under the guidance of “European Common Language Reference Frame” basically fit. Beijing “Sany Oral English Test” has formed the operation of human nature, content authenticity, form flexibility and other characteristics.
