研究采用有机金属化学气相沉积(MOCVD)法,以乙酰丙酮铜Cu(acac)2为前驱物对SBA-15孔结构进行修饰,制备出结构均匀的ink-bottle孔体系.该制备过程中,基质SBA-15的表面特性对于合成结构良好的ink-bottle孔有重要影响,SBA-15经进行适度的镀碳处理后,其表面由亲水表面变为憎水表面,有利于后续有机金属选择性的吸附和沉积,从而实现对SBA-15孔口的修饰,即保持了SBA-15原有的较大比表面积和孔体积的同时使其孔口尺寸明显减小,得到ink-bottle孔结构.MOCVD法首次成功应用于ink-bottle孔制备过程中,对于合成不同孔结构介孔材料领域的研究具有重要意义.
The pore structure of SBA-15 was modified by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) method using copper acetylacetonate Cu (acac) 2 as precursor to prepare a well-structured ink-bottle pore system.In this preparation process, The surface properties of SBA-15 have an important effect on the synthesis of well-structured ink-bottle holes. SBA-15, after being moderately carbonated, changes its surface from a hydrophilic surface to a hydrophobic surface, favoring subsequent organometallic selectivity The adsorption and deposition of SBA-15 were carried out in order to achieve the modification of the SBA-15 orifice. That is to say, the larger specific surface area and the pore volume of the SBA-15 were maintained while the pore size of the SBA-15 was significantly reduced to obtain the ink-bottle pore structure. The first successful application of MOCVD in the preparation of ink-bottle wells is of great significance for the study of the synthesis of mesoporous materials with different pore structures.
