香菇袋料栽培近年正在我国北方悄然兴起,且发展较快,但由于有些菇农管理技术不当,产品质量和经济效益受到较大影响。9~10月份正值香菇栽培高峰,特撰写此文,供香菇生产者参考。 1.发菌期管理 发菌应选择通气、干燥、保湿性能好的棚、室进行。栽培袋接种完毕后及时放入发菌室,呈井字型排列,每层4袋,放置10层左右。 发菌室温度分三个阶段掌握:(1)从接种起计算3~5天内室温要求27℃左右;(2)菌种定植后25℃左右;(3)菌丝布满栽培袋以后20~23℃为宜。 发菌一周后要进行倒垛。倒垛时要仔细检查料袋有无感染,如发现有杂菌感染的料袋要及时带出室外处理,以防杂菌蔓延。
