微硬度测量误差硬度值的影响

前言:测量误差是显微硬度试验误差的主要来源。虽然新技术的应用,使商售的硬度计能够全自动测量,克服了固有的弊端,但仍有大量的硬度计需手摇目测。因此,仍有必要简述压痕d的测量对硬度值的影响,以供从事该项工作的人员参考。 Foreword: Measurement error is the main source of test error of microhardness. Although the application of new technologies, the commercially available hardness tester can be fully automatic measurement to overcome the inherent drawbacks, but there are still a large number of hardness to be hand-cranked. Therefore, there is still a need to briefly describe the impact of the measurement of indentation d on the hardness value, for reference for personnel engaged in the work.
