目的:探讨牙槽嵴严重萎缩患者全口义齿制作的方法。方法:对27例牙槽嵴严重萎缩患者进行全口义齿修复,并评价6月后修复效果。结果:27例患者均能有效使用义齿,充分发挥义齿功能。结论:对牙槽嵴严重萎缩的患者,精确的模型、合理排牙、正确颌关系等手段配合有效心理调整仍能取得较好的修复效果。
Objective: To explore the method of making full denture in patients with severe atrophy of alveolar crest. Methods: Complete denture repair was performed in 27 patients with severe atrophy of alveolar crest, and the effect of repair after 6 months was evaluated. Results: Twenty-seven patients were able to effectively use the denture and give full play to the denture function. Conclusion: The patients with severe atrophy of alveolar crest can obtain good rehabilitative results with accurate model, reasonable row of teeth, correct jaw relation and effective psychological adjustment.
