本研究应用抗P_(53)蛋白单克隆抗体DO一1对恶性混合瘤和粘液表皮样癌进行免疫组织化学染色,评价抑癌基因P_(53)在恶性混合瘤和粘液表皮样癌中的作用,结果表明:P_(53)在恶性混合瘤中有较高的用性表达率(60.0%)与粘液表皮样癌(20.0%)相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),且前者的阳性表达强度明显高于后者。因此认为,P_(53)抑癌基因的突变是恶性混合瘤发生的重要机制之一,P_(53)蛋白的阳性表达可以作为恶性混合瘤的一种有价值的标记物;P_(53)抑癌基因的突变在粘液表皮样癌中不常发生
In this study, anti-P53 monoclonal antibody DO-1 was used for immunohistochemical staining of malignant mixed tumor and mucoepidermoid carcinoma to evaluate the role of tumor suppressor gene P_53 in malignant mixed tumor and mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The results showed that the high expression rate of P_(53) in malignant mixed tumors (60.0%) was significantly different from that of mucoepidermoid carcinoma (20.0%) (P<0.05). ), and the positive expression intensity of the former is significantly higher than the latter. Therefore, it is believed that the mutation of P_(53) tumor suppressor gene is one of the important mechanisms of malignant mixed tumors, and the positive expression of P_(53) protein can be used as a valuable marker for malignant mixed tumors; P_(53) Oncogene mutations do not often occur in mucoepidermoid carcinoma
