目的探讨抛锚式教学法在高职外科护理学教学中的应用与效果。方法将2013级护理301班作为实验组,应用抛锚式教学法引导学生学习相关知识;将2013级护理302班作为对照组,使用传统教学法。教学完成后,对两组进行阶段测试,并进行成绩比较。结果实验组学生测验成绩明显高于对照组学生(P<0.05),实验组学生对本组所采用的教学法教学效果的评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抛锚式教学法可提高学生学习兴趣,体现学习的主体性,培养学生解决实际问题的思维模式,使学生适应临床护理工作的需要。
Objective To explore the application and effect of the anchored teaching method in surgical nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges. Methods Class 301 of 2013 nursing was taken as the experimental group, and the anchored teaching method was used to guide the students to learn the relevant knowledge. The class of 2013 nursing was used as the control group, and the traditional teaching method was used. After the teaching is completed, the two groups are tested in stages and the results are compared. Results The test scores of students in experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.05). The experimental group’s teaching evaluation of teaching method was better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Anchored teaching method can improve students ’interest in learning, reflect the subjectivity of learning, cultivate students’ thinking mode of solving practical problems and make students adapt to the needs of clinical nursing.
