According to the United States, “Yahoo News” reported on November 9, the American Heart Association 2015 Science Conference announced a new study found that eating at home and eating their own prepared food may reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. In the new study, researchers from Harvard School of Public Health conducted a 36-year follow-up survey of nearly 58,000 female testers and 41,000 male testers from 1986 to 2012. At the start of the study, none of the participants had diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or cancer.
