目的探讨胎儿生长受限(FGR)胎盘绒毛的凋亡与增殖及微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。方法收集2012年1月-2014年12月在该院生产的FGR胎盘石蜡标本100例(FGR组),正常胎盘石蜡标本30例(对照组),分别进行病理学分析和比较。结果 FGR组Bcl-2的表达明显低于对照组,Ki-67的表达高于对照组,MVD明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 FGR胎盘中抗凋亡因子的表达与增殖因子呈正相关,与MVD呈负相关。了解其相关性,对FGR患者进行围产期干预治疗,有助于提高围产期胎儿的出生质量,降低病死率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between apoptosis and proliferation and microvessel density (MVD) in placental growth defects (FGR). Methods 100 cases of FGR placenta paraffin specimens (FGR group) and 30 normal placenta paraffin specimens (control group) were collected from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital. Pathological analysis and comparison were performed respectively. Results The expression of Bcl-2 in FGR group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). The expression of Ki-67 in FGR group was higher than that in control group. MVD was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion The expression of anti-apoptotic factor in FGR placenta is positively correlated with proliferation factor and negatively correlated with MVD. Understanding their relevance, perinatal interventions for patients with FGR, will help improve the quality of birth of perinatal fetus, reduce mortality.
