是在今天还是蓝海时“提前”进入布局,还是等到所处行业成为下一个电子商务红海时再被动跟进?答案不言而喻。大家都认为传统企业做电子商务是大势所趋,但实际上每个企业在走上电子商务之路时都必须回答两个基本的战略问题:1.Why:回答做不做的问题;2.What:回答做什么的问题。
