基于针刺炭/炭复合材料的细观结构,建立了带有针刺区域的单胞模型,计算各组分材料的弹性力学参数,引入周期性边界条件,获得针刺单胞模型的应力应变。同时基于粘结域理论,使用Cohesive单元层替换针刺区域,建立可用于宏观力学分析的界面单元单胞模型,调整界面单元模型中模型参数,获得与针刺单胞模型最为接近的等效应力,实现界面单元单胞模型与含针刺区域单胞模型之间本构关系的等效。
Based on the mesostructure of acupuncture carbon / carbon composites, a single cell model with acupuncture area was established, the elastic mechanics parameters of each component were calculated, and the periodic boundary conditions were introduced to get the stress and strain of acupuncture cell model . At the same time, based on the bonding domain theory, Cohesive unit layer was used to replace the acupuncture area to establish the interface unit cell model which can be used for macroscopic mechanical analysis. The model parameters in the interface unit model were adjusted to obtain the equivalent stress closest to the acupuncture cell model , To achieve the equivalent of the constitutive relationship between the interface unit cell model and the acupuncture-containing cell model.
