方弢老师是最近我省公布的第三批特级教师中的一位。他长年在农村中学工作,尽管他本人经历坎坷,工作条件又较艰苦,仍孜孜以求地进行语文教学改革的探索。目前他正在进行语文结构教学思想的研究,编写供实验用的课本。应本刊之约,他写下了这篇总结自己40年来从自学到治学的漫长经历的文章。尽管他的种种经历带有已往的那个时代的特殊印记,但其身处逆境不甘沉沦的坚韧毅力和顽强精神,顺应环境不改初衷坚持自学的方法和途径,相信仍会对大家提供许多独特的启示。本刊今后将继续在这个栏目下介绍特级教师的成才之路或治学之道,欢迎已经荣膺特级教师称号的老师们为之撰稿,为广大中青年教师提供自己独特的而非一般化的治学成才经验。
Fang Yi is one of the third batch of special teachers recently announced in our province. He has been working in rural middle schools for many years, and although he himself has experienced rough times and the working conditions are relatively difficult, he still eagerly pursued the exploration of Chinese language teaching reform. He is currently conducting research on linguistic structure teaching and writing textbooks for experiments. In response to this publication, he wrote this article summarizing his long experience of self-study and scholarship over the past 40 years.
