高炉冶炼含TiO_2炉渣,随渣中TiO_2含量不同,也有其冶炼共性与特性。其共性表现在冶炼过程中都有变稠的可能性;而特性则表现为渣中TiO_2含量达到一定范围,就有泡沫形成,而有碍冶炼行程。此种现象低钛渣冶炼未曾发现,而仅当TiO_2含量大于25%时,例如攀钢高炉冶炼全部钒钛烧结矿,渣中TiO_2达26~29%,则出现明显泡沫渣。
Blast furnace smelting slag containing TiO_2, with the slag content of different TiO_2, also has its common characteristics and smelting. The common property is that the smelting process has the possibility of thickening. However, the characteristic is that the content of TiO 2 in the slag reaches a certain range and there is foam formation, which hinders the smelting process. This phenomenon is not found in low titanium slag smelting, but only when the content of TiO_2 is more than 25%, for example, all the vanadium-titanium sinter in blast furnace smelting in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the slag reaches 26-29% TiO_2, then obvious foam slag appears.
