根据GB 3323—87,对小径管(D≤89mm)对接焊缝的射线照相,可采用双壁双影椭圆成象的方法。从图1可看出,小径管双壁双影照相检测时,上焊缝中缺陷Φ的底片成象,在管轴方向上的投影Φ'和管径方向上的投影Φ″都有放大现象存在,而且上焊缝有效评定范围内各点的放大量均是变化的。在评定焊缝质量时,缺陷当量的计点换算如果仍按GB 3323—87进行计算,将会把合格的焊缝判为不合格,这样不仅造成不必要的返修,而且使焊缝质量受到返修的影响。本文主要讨论焊缝中缺陷质量等级的合理评定问题。
