研究了采用电感耦合器件(CCD)近红外光谱仪在短波近红外区域(700~1100nm)、利用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)测定柴油中芳烃含量的方法.考虑样品颜色对短波近红外光谱的影响,对波长范围的选择和基线处理方式进行了研究.考察了样品进人光路的时间对测定结果的影响.将CCDNIR对未知样品的预测结果与傅里叶变换近红外光谱(FT-NIR)在长波近红外范围(1000~2000nm)的预测结果及液相色谱的测定结果进行了比较,对测量的重现性进行了考察,相对标准偏差为0.17%.
A method for the determination of aromatics content in diesel using PLS (near-infrared (700 ~ 1100nm)) using inductively coupled device (CCD) near infrared spectroscopy was studied.The effect of sample color on shortwave near infrared , The choice of the wavelength range and the baseline processing method were studied.The influence of the time of the sample entering the optical path on the determination results was investigated.The prediction results of unknown samples by CCDNIR were compared with the Fourier transform near infrared (FT-NIR) The results of long-wave and near-infrared (1000 ~ 2000nm) prediction and liquid chromatography were compared. The repeatability of the measurement was investigated with the relative standard deviation of 0.17%.
