文章回顾了新传播生态下中国舆论研究的理论框架与研究方法。通过梳理分析发现,理论层面上中国舆论研究面临舆论结构转型的状况,网络舆论占据社会舆论主导地位,但面对转型缺少有效的解释性理论框架;方法层面上大数据的加入未能克服舆论研究困境,常态化的舆论研究方法缺失。由此,进一步对新时期中国舆论研究的发展超越提出自己的建议:在理论创新上要直面新传播形态下的舆论转型,克服目前舆论研究中出现的“内卷化”倾向,在方法上要回应“后真相”时代常态化舆论演变。
The article reviews the theoretical framework and research methods of Chinese public opinion research under the new communication ecology. Through the combing analysis, we find that on the theoretical level, the study of Chinese public opinion is facing the transformation of the structure of public opinion. The online public opinion occupies the leading position of social public opinion, but it lacks an effective explanatory framework in the face of the transformation. At the method level, the joining of big data fails to overcome the public opinion research Predicament, the normalization of the media research methods are missing. Therefore, we should make further suggestions for the development of Chinese public opinion beyond the new era: we should directly face the transformation of public opinion in the form of new communication in theoretical innovation, overcome the tendency of “incoherence ” appearing in the current research of public opinion, To respond to “after the truth ” the normalization of the media evolution of the times.
