当代性别研究认为:人的性别分为生理性别和社会性别。社会性别是人出生后在所生活的社会环境和文化环境中不断习得有关性别的一系列言行、思维等模式,从而逐渐建构起性别角色以及心理认同。通常看来,“性别角色偏差”主要指一个人建构起的社会性别与其生理性别不符的现象,如:男生喜欢穿女生衣服,喜欢化妆,只喜欢和女生玩;女生言行举止粗鲁,进入青春期后,她们关注的对象不是异性而是同性,甚至明显表现出喜欢同性的倾向……对此,教师应首先做到一视同仁,不要用“有色眼镜”看待他们,同时要引导班上学生不能视其为怪物、变态。切忌急于盲目矫正,而是要先了解其背后的原因、秘密,多向家长了解学生成长
