北京市药品监督管理局2012年5月至6月对本市27家电视媒体及16家报纸类媒体发布的医疗器械广告进行了监测,现将监测结果公告如下:一、共监测到违规发布的医疗器械广告39次,均在报纸类媒体发布,涉及9种医疗器械产品,违规医疗器械广告中大多含有功效断言及保证、利用患者形象作证明等内容。北京市药品监督管理局已将上述违规情况移交北京市工商行政管理局核查处理。二、经北京市药品监督管理局审批通过的医疗器械广告全部符合广告审查标准、并已在市药品监督局网站上进行公示。
From May to June 2012, the Beijing Municipal Drug Administration monitored the medical equipment advertisements released by 27 television media and 16 newspaper media in the city. The monitoring results are hereby announced as follows: 39 advertisements in equipment were released in newspapers and media, involving 9 kinds of medical equipment products, most of which contained invalid assertions and guarantees in advertisements of non-compliance medical devices. They used the images of patients as proofs and other contents. Beijing Municipal Bureau of Drug Administration has referred the above violation to Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce for verification. Second, approved by the Beijing Municipal Drug Administration medical device ads all ads meet the review criteria, and has been in the city Drug Administration website for publicity.
