探讨羊膜移植及联合手术在眼表疾病治疗中的应用。方法 :对 5例翼状胬肉及 3例角膜化学伤、热灼伤患者行羊膜移植或联合手术 ,并对术后疗效及并发症进行随访。结果 :7例患者术后移植片平伏 ,无明显炎症反应。解除了睑球粘连 ,抑制了角膜新生血管及胬肉再侵入 ,眼表获得重建。结论 :羊膜移植及联合手术能修复结膜、角膜缺损区 ,达到无疤痕愈合 ,是眼表重建的有效方法。
To investigate the application of amniotic membrane transplantation and combined surgery in the treatment of ocular surface diseases. Methods: Amniotic membrane transplantation or combined surgery was performed on 5 cases of pterygium and 3 cases of corneal chemical injury and thermal burns. The curative effect and complications were followed up. Results: Seven patients underwent postoperative plaque, no obvious inflammatory reaction. Relieve the symblepharon, inhibit corneal neovascularization and pterygium re-invasion, reconstructed ocular surface. Conclusion: Amniotic membrane transplantation and combined surgery can repair conjunctiva and corneal defect area and achieve scarless healing. It is an effective method for ocular surface reconstruction.
