目的:对大孔树脂富集纯化丹葛滴丸的工艺条件及参数进行优化。方法:以丹酚酸B、葛根素含量为指标,考察大孔树脂对其的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果:最终确定纯化工艺为采用AB-8型大孔树脂,树脂用量为药材2倍,树脂径高比1∶6,流速1 BV.h-1上样,5 BV pH 4盐酸水溶液洗脱弃去,3 BV 50%乙醇洗脱收集。结论:用大孔树脂对丹葛滴丸进行精制,工艺简单可行,分离效果好,减少了纯化固形物的量,从而降低服用量。
Objective: To optimize the process conditions and parameters for the purification of Dange dropping pills by macroporous resin. Methods: Taking the content of salvianolic acid B and puerarin as indexes, the adsorption properties and elution parameters of macroporous resin were investigated. Results: The final purification process was AB-8 macroporous resin. The amount of resin was 2 times of resin, the diameter of resin was 1: 6, the flow rate was 1 BV.h-1, and the sample was washed with 5 BV pH 4 aqueous hydrochloric acid Go and collect by 3 BV 50% ethanol. Conclusion: It is simple and feasible to purify Dange dropping pills with macroporous resin. The separation effect is good, reducing the amount of purified solids and reducing the dosage.
