Objective: The absorption and accumulation of Cd (Pb), C (Cr), N (Ni) and other heavy metals in typical cultivars of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. Methods: Pot experiments were conducted to study the contents and correlations of Cd, Pb, Cr and Ni in two shoots, roots and roots of four typical Cd cultivars in Brassica chinensis. Results: ① The effect of cultivars and soils on Cd content of typical cultivars of Brasenia schreberi reached significant level (P <0.05), and the effect on Pb, Cr and Ni contents was different due to heavy metals, harvest time and location. , Pb content has a certain interaction effect. ② The average content of Cd in two stems and leaves was T308> GDB> QLB> QLQ, and the average content of Cd in roots was higher than that in stems and leaves. Except for Cr, the average content of Pb and Ni in roots was higher than that in stems and leaves. ③ Cd, Pb, Cr, Ni content showed a complex correlation. The Cd content in stem and leaves was positively correlated with Pb content, and the correlation was very significant in the first crop (P <0.01). The correlation between Pb content and Ni content was significant. The positive correlation between Pb content and Ni content in the first crop was significant (P <0.05) or extremely significant level (P <0.01), but the Pb content in the second crop was negatively correlated with the Ni content (P <0.05). The correlation between Pb content and Cr content was only in the first crop (P <0.05). The correlation between Cr content and Ni content was only significant at the second crop (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: There are two kinds of synergistic and antagonistic effects on the uptake and accumulation of Cd, Pb, Cr and Ni in typical Chinese cabbage varieties.
