目的了解河南省艾滋病(AIDS)流式细胞仪实验室间、检测试剂间的能力差异。方法在河南省和新乡市的两家流式细胞仪检测实验室,同时对268例艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/AIDS病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)的血液样本分别进行T淋巴细胞亚群检测,对比分析各组T淋巴细胞亚群检测数据总体、实验室间、试剂间的差异。结果检测结果总体比较显示,CD3、CD8、CD4、CD4/CD8各参数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验室间检测能力比较发现,新乡市、河南省两个流式细胞仪实验室CD4~+T淋巴细胞分别为432(267~623)个/μL、507(276~698)个/μL,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.21,P=0.03)。而CD3、CD8及CD4/CD8其他T淋巴细胞亚群差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。进口试剂与国产试剂检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论河南省各流式细胞仪实验室间检测能力存在部分差异,有待继续加强室间考评的频度和力度,及时发现存在的问题,进一步提高流式细胞仪检测质量。
Objective To understand the differences between HIV / AIDS flow cytometry laboratories and detection reagents in Henan Province. Methods Two flow cytometry laboratories in Henan Province and Xinxiang City were collected.
