《安全防范工程技术规范》是我国安全防范工程技术领域第一部内容完整、格式规范(符合工程建设标准编写要求)的工程建设技术标准,对安全防范工程的设计、施工、系统检验、竣工验收等工程建设的各个重要环节都提出了严格的质量要求,体现了安防标准化与时俱进的精神。《安全防范工程技术规范》的出台是我国安全防范技术界和工程建设界的一件大事,是我国安全防范技术发展史上的一个重要里程碑。
