一直以来,员工的健康问题并未真正受到中国企业的足够重视。一份团体员工商业医疗保险计划或者企业内部报销员工的医疗费制度,年度的健康体检,组织体育锻炼活动等,已经是大多数企业能够想到的所有健康管理手段了。但是在员工年龄结构老化以及福利成本不断上升的状况下,企业对员工的健康投资与管理已经被认为是提高企业人力资本质量不可忽视的课题。作为全球领先的咨询、外包和投资服务供应商,美世在全球许多国家都提供员工健康管理咨询服务,中国企业在这方面的需求也日益凸显。本文希望通过对中国员工健康风险现状的分析,以及国际先进员工健康管理理念的分享,对国有企业在提升员工健康水平,落实企业人文关怀,以及优化员工健康福利的投资回报方面提供借鉴意义。
All along, the health problems of employees have not really been enough attention by Chinese enterprises. However, under the condition of aging of employee’s age structure and rising welfare cost, the enterprise’s health investment and management to employees has been considered as an issue that can not be neglected to improve the quality of human capital of enterprises.
