目的:探讨中青年冠心病患者PCI术后实施行为护理教育对其生活质量和远期预后的影响.方法:选取2016年10月—2018年1月期间在我院行PCI术治疗且术后实施护理行为教育干预的中青年冠心病患者30例作为观察组,选取同期在我院行PCI术治疗但术后仅给予常规健康指导的中青年冠心病患者30例作为对照组.比较两组患者的术后生活质量和远期预后效果.结果:观察组患者的5项SAQ评分,均显著高于对照组,P值<0.05.观察组患者3年心肌梗死、心源性死亡、血管再重建和心绞痛发生率,均显著低于对照组,P值均<0.05.结论:中青年冠心病患者PCI术后实施行为护理教育可显著提高患者的生活质量和远期预后效果.
