此次培训,我们在对标找差中学习先进做法,理清工作思路,对创新社会管理模式的认识得到进一步提升,有利于我们跳出以往按部就班工作思路的束缚,进行积极探索、大胆创新,走出一条符合自己单位实际的管理新路。通过这次培训,我对做好新形势下社会组织工作有几点体会:一、加强指导,加大对社会组织的培育和扶持力度,是社会组织持续发展的根本保障。
In this training, we learn advanced practices in benchmarking, clarify working ideas, and further improve our understanding of innovative social management models, which helps us to jump out of the shackles of past work-based work ethic, actively explore, innovate boldly and go out A line with their own actual management of the new unit. Through this training, I have learned a few things about doing a good job of social organization under the new situation: First, strengthening guidance and increasing efforts in nurturing and supporting social organizations are the fundamental guarantees for the sustainable development of social organizations.
