根据翰德公司招聘流程外包部门与《HRO Today》杂志2014年联合发布的雇主品牌报告,大约80%的雇主认为雇主品牌“重要”或“非常重要”:65.5%的受访者预测,2015-2016年,雇主品牌在企业中会占据更重要的位置。雇主品牌越来越受到企业和求职者的重视,在雇主品牌落地过程中承担着重要角色的人力资源服务企业也不断探索,尝试将打造雇主品牌与招聘外包环节融合,为企业客户提供更贴心的服务。
