胰十二指肠切除术是复杂而创伤大的手术,手术前多有明显的营养不良和重度梗阻性黄疸,术后引起的病理生理改变亦较复杂,因此术后的并发症较多,有些并发症甚至危及生命[1].加强胰十二指肠切除术后并发症的观察与护理对提高临床疗效非常重要.江苏省苏北人民医院普外科1997年1月～2004年12月共施行胰十二指肠切除术32例.现将胰十二指肠切除术后并发症的观察与护理体会报告如下.
