各市人民政府,省政府有关部门: 从2001年8月开始,我省在全省范围内开展了整顿和规范房地产开发经营市场秩序工作,综合整治违法开发、扰乱市场秩序的行为。经过各级政府和有关部门的共同努力,整顿和规范工作取得了阶段性成果,房地产开发市场秩序初步好转。2002年5月,建设部等国家7部委报经国务院同意,联合下发了《关于整顿和规范房地产市场秩序的通知》,就进一步整顿和规范房地产市场秩序工作又作了具体部署。为认真贯彻7部委《通知》精神,巩固前一阶段房地产开发市场整顿和规范的已有成果,并将整顿和规范的范围扩大到整个房地产市场,推动我省整顿和规范房地产市场秩序工作全面深入开展,经省政府同意,现就有关问题通知如下:

In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the “Notice” of the ministries and commissions, consolidate the existing achievements in the rectification and standardization of the real estate development market in the previous period, extend the scope of rectification and standardization to the entire real estate market, and promote the rectification and standardization of the real estate market in our province With the consent of the provincial government, we hereby notify you of the relevant issues as follows:
