本文利用计算机的有关功能与临床自身给药工作仪构成了一个"计算机实时监控临床自身给药试验"装置,所编制的计算机程序实现了对临床自身给药试验的检测、试验的启动和终止、试验中实时控制和监测以及数据的计算、整理和存储以及打印的自动化。临床自身给药试验时,药理工作者只需坐在计算机前,通过键盘在计算机的详细提示下键入受试者的一般状况、吸毒史和几个必需的数据,试验就能自动完成。这些使本系统不但易于一般药理工作者使用,还大大减少了药理工作者的工作量,由于在很大程度上避免了人为的介入,降低了试验的偶然误差,提高了临床自身给药试验的客观性。
In this paper, a computer-based real-time monitoring clinical self-administered test device is constructed by using the related functions of the computer and the clinical self-administered work instrument. The prepared computer program realizes the testing and the testing of the clinical self-administered test, Real-time control and monitoring in experiments, data calculations, collation and storage, and printing automation. For clinical self-administered trials, pharmacists simply sit in front of the computer and type in the subject’s general condition, drug history and several required data through the keyboard at the computer’s prompt and the experiment can be done automatically. These make the system not only easy to use by general pharmacists, but also greatly reduce the workload of pharmacologists. As a result, human intervention is avoided to a large extent, accidental errors of experiments are reduced and clinical self-administration trials are increased objectivity.
