用空气—乙炔焰测定铬的灵敏度与火焰气体比例关系很大,富燃气的发亮火焰灵敏度高.因此在原子吸收分析方法手册和书籍中多数都推荐使用富燃气火焰.人们在这种火焰条件下测定铬时发现:铁、镍、钴、铜等18种金属元素以及硫酸、磷酸、高氯酸、氢氧化钠等有不同程度的干扰.为了消除干扰,曾提出采用氯化铵、盐酸羟胺、氟氢酸铵、高氯酸铵、氯化锶、硫酸钠、焦硫酸钾等作抑制剂.
The determination of chromium with air-acetylene flame sensitivity is very much related to the ratio of flame gas, and the gas-rich flames have high sensitivities. Therefore, most of the manuals and books on atomic absorption analysis recommend the use of gas-rich flames. In the determination of chromium, 18 kinds of metal elements such as iron, nickel, cobalt and copper, as well as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, perchloric acid and sodium hydroxide were found to have different degrees of interference.In order to eliminate the interference, ammonium chloride, hydroxylamine hydrochloride , Ammonium hydrogen fluoride, ammonium perchlorate, strontium chloride, sodium sulfate, potassium pyrosulfate and the like as inhibitors.
