数据实时存储是随钻仪器设计中的难点也是核心。本文介绍了一种适用于随钻仪器中高可靠性存储系统的设计方法。以M25P64为基本存储单元构成冗余存储阵列,通过采用相应的算法实现了数据高速大容量的实时存储。经过大量实验及应用效果表明,该设计方法能够满足井下各类仪器的数据存储需求。
Real-time data storage is the core of the instrumental design while drilling. This article describes a design methodology for a high-reliability storage system in a LWD instrument. M25P64 as a basic storage unit constitute a redundant memory array, using the corresponding algorithm to achieve high-speed real-time data storage capacity. After a large number of experiments and application results show that the design method to meet the needs of various types of underground equipment data storage.
