在中国工艺美术产业亟须创新服务的背景下,参考科技服务超市和农业服务超市的相关研究,提出了建设“工艺美术产业创新服务超市”的理论构想,并将之定义为“以推动工艺美术产业创新为宗旨,整合政府、企业、行业组织、高等院校、科研院所的相关资源,按照现代连锁超市的理念和形式建立的实体与网络相结合的自助式、一站式、全程式服务体系”。该超市实体可分为管理区、生产创新服务区、营销创新服务区和创客服务区。该超市网站可分为数据库服务单元、生产创新服务单元、营销创新服务单元、创客服务单元、专家服务单元和信息服务单元。
